We have been boarding our dog with Merma for over six years and we could not be more grateful for the care and love she gives him. Above all, she’s honest. From the beginning, she has gone above and beyond to accommodate us and make our dog feel completely at home. Honestly, I think he might like it there more than he does at home lol. Over the years, Merma has helped us through some special situations when she did not have to. She and Bryan have truly become like extended family. There is no one else we would trust more with our dog!

Merma has cared for our dogs as needed for several years now. I feel confident that they are safe and having a great time. She keeps me updated with photos. I think my dogs are actually bummed when I pick them up!

Where do I begin! Pet Haven has been so welcoming to all of my dogs regardless of their breed. They treat our dogs like if they were their own. Our Dog Star has been going there since she was 6 months!! She is now 5 years old. When Star got sick they were texting me, checking up on her, asking if we needed anything. You can’t find that in many places honestly, someone who truly loves your pet and takes amazing care of them. Highly recommend Pet Haven! Our pups love them!

I would say the best Pet Lodge in Port St. Lucie because your dogs aren't stored in a small kennel thats promised to be a suite etc! And there very attentive instead of your pets are at home again in a full dogs retreat and not confined! Free to be like family and not like a caged animal. I love the services they offer as well as far as dog baths, ear cleaning, nail trimming, etc. The prices are the best compared to others and luckily when my Frenchies return home they are more loving and caring not uptight trying to readjust I would recommend this place to any dog lover who doesn't like to worry about there Pup. Ohhhh and they send updated pics/vids unlike others. I was able to FaceTime my babies!!!
