I have always washed my own dogs but after my sweet little girl hadn’t felt well for a couple weeks I decided to call Merry to schedule a mobile groom. She asked me so many questions about my Frenchie, Coco. I informed her that Coco has a small brain tumor that causes seizures and explained that she does much better with me near her than not, so she said I could stay in the truck with the team. When Ashley and Scott showed up I knew immediately that I had just the right team to make Coco feel comfortable. Ashley fell in love the second she met Coco! Scott soothed her during her bath time and calmed her nerves down right away. Ashley talked to her and made sure she was comfortable. I could tell Coco was a little uneasy with the dryer, so Ashley and Scott turned it off and hand dried her. I couldn’t believe how attentive they were with her. They cleans her ears, clipped her nails and paid attention to every little fold that Coco has, being a frenchie there’s a lot!! :) Coco is fresh, clean and happy! I will definitely be calling Ashley and Scott again. Oh! Ashley even texted me later that evening to check on Coco. So sweet!! Thank you both so much!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an incredible experience at Shampoochi Day Spa in PSL. My dog Benji spends most days outside rolling in the sand, and by the time I scheduled his appointment he was overgrown, tangled, and honestly a bit of a mess. I booked online and received a call the very next day to get him in right away — the responsiveness alone was impressive. SOL, our groomer, did an absolutely amazing job. In just 90 minutes she completely transformed my Bichon Frise. This is the BEST he has ever looked — his coat is clean, fluffy, beautifully shaped, and still true to his breed style. You can tell she is highly skilled, gentle, and truly cares about the dogs she works with. I posted Benji’s before and after photos because the difference is unbelievable. He left happy, calm, and smelling great — and we left knowing we’ve found our new permanent grooming home. Shampoochi Day Spa exceeded every expectation. We’ll be trusting them with all of Benji’s grooming and care needs from now on. Highly recommend to anyone in PSL looking for a quality groomer.
Wonderful experience with April! Adopted my fur baby in September but found that in December he had a long unruly coat. Had mobile grooming come out (way worth the price!) and Winston was professionally cared for. His grooming was amazing as I had no idea what kind of mix he was. He looks so handsome! I will no longer have an issue with his furry private places requiring a bath immediately. April is amazing with 20 yrs experience and a vet tech certification to boot. You fur baby will receive the utmost care and loving patience all dogs need and want! So impressed!
Thank you so much, April and Hunter!! We initially wanted to get three dogs taken care of, but we added one more to the fun once April and Hunter arrived. They both took amazing care of the pups. Our pitty has anxiety but did absolutely amazing with our wonderful caretakers. Dan helped me set up the appointments and everything went smooth. I recommend you check out Shampoochi to get your babies groomed and to put your mind at ease. (I wanted to keep the black and tan dachshund’s hair long, he had his undercarriage taken care of, and received a hollow skirt cut to keep the long look.)
Nala and Rachel are hands down the BEST mobile groomers I’ve ever used. They came right to my property and treated my dogs with so much love, patience, and professionalism. The grooming was perfect — my pups looked and smelled incredible, and you can tell these two truly care about the animals they work with. The convenience, the kindness, the quality… everything was exceptional. I 100% recommend Nala and Rachel to anyone looking for reliable, talented, and genuinely caring mobile groomers. I’m so grateful I found them — I absolutely LOVE them! If you’re thinking about booking, do it. You won’t regret it!
