I originally scheduled a self wash for our Jindo, Bolt, however I received a call from Aaron the morning of our appointment asking if i would like to have one of the employees wash him for me. Since I had errands to run and it would save me some time, I decided to go that route. They did an excellent job clipping Bolt’s nails, cleaning his ears and bathing him. Aaron was super friendly, compassionate, and certainly an asset for your business.

This was our first and last time bringing our fur babe here. He was seen a couple days before Christmas for full grooming service. The groomer cut up his ears so bad in multiple spots during this service. When I picked him up, she immediately told me he was bleeding & the only reason why was because his ears were matted and the blood flow going back to the area can cause this. The vet techs I told this too were so confused what she even meant by this. I actually and mistakenly believed her which I’m kicking myself for now. I even asked her if we should take him to his vet and she said no that the bleeding will stop on its own. Well, now after an urgent care vet visit today the vet confirmed he has multiple lacerations on both ears. These are actual cuts on the inside of his ear flaps on both ears from the clippers. She could have been honest about this so we could’ve gotten him seen right after and avoid the pain he’s in now. He’s now on Amoxicillin antibiotic and two different pain medications. Accidents happen, but being untruthful about it is a million times worse. How can you pride yourself on love for animals but then willingly allow an animal to leave knowing the discomfort you caused and not at least tell the owners so they can tend to it quickly. Please beware with your fur babies!

I have been to this location twice now, once for self service and once for full service grooming. Both visits were wonderful. -Super clean facility, nice staff, and had everything needed to give my girl a nice bath and blow dry. -Kristin did an absolute phenomenal job with my wiggly 7 month old pup!! Definitely will be coming back for our monthly grooms!

The team at the location on Tracewood way are truly amazing! I take my two big pups to them and they love seeing them! They are always so welcoming and treat my fur babies with all the love and patience I could ask for! Your pups are def safe here!!! 🤍 thanks to the team who truly took care of my babies today, they were anxious so the staff handling them gave them a little break and didn’t over stress them.

I have been going to PetBar for 2 years now. They always do a good job and love on my baby even though I am very aware he is not the easiest to groom. However, I would have preferred a call saying "hey, your pup isn't complying today, can we try again another day?" Their receptionist Aaron, who is a wonderful and kind person, called and explained it was a bit shorter than we had discussed. I thought, no big deal- it's summer, I understand. When I picked up my dog, I was horrified at what they had done. One thing is for his hair to look shorter, but to look uneven, unfinished and botched is another. His hair looks like it was trimmed with primary scissors and zero care. I am very upset because I truly loved going there! They are the kindest people. I'm just in shock that I was still asked to pay when they knew it wasn't right. The first picture is what he normally looks like, the rest are of the poor job that was done to him.
