100 stars for Liili and her caring team of loving, knowledgeable, and patient caregivers who give every ounce of their attention to the animals and never shy away from answering the questions of their insatiably curious humans. The stars truly aligned for us and our pup, Clare, on the day we met Lilli at PetCare LB. This beautiful brand new facility provided Clare with post operation medical care, spa like bedding, curated tasty meals and tremendous helpings of love ❤️. Lilli not only kept in touch with us but also our dog’s orthopedic surgeon and veterinarian, going above and beyond to make sure Clare had the care she needed. We Highly recommend!!!

I cannot recommend Lilliana and her team at her board-and-care PetCare LB (live better!) highly enough. If you have a Senior or post-surgery dog you need boarded, you will be thrilled with this experience. The atmosphere alone is outstanding--clean, cozy, and intimate. You can bring any toys or blankets from home so your pet feels secure and happy. Twice, Lilliana and her team of vet techs have provided excellent care for my dog, Penny, as I traveled for work. Recently, Penny was suffering with a strange, large growth on her head. I went to four different vets, with no success. They were concerned about putting her under to do the procedure. Lilliana had an idea for me--she guided me to Dr. Gabriele at Hancock Park Veterinary Hospital. Just as Lilliana predicted, Dr. Gabriele was the answer--she did a beautiful job using a local anesthetic, saving Penny from this highly uncomfortable, potentially dangerous condition. Penny is back to herself now! I would trust Lilliana and PetCare LB with any pet concerns! I call Lilliana the dog whisperer--in any situation, she just knows!

I highly recommend PetCare LB, especially for dogs with medical or special needs. One of my dogs has megaesophagus, and this was the only place in the LA area willing to take him. My dog has very specific requirements around his food and water intake, and the PetCare LB team has been incredibly accommodating from day one. Lilli goes above and beyond for my dogs. She not only follows every instruction perfectly, but she also takes the initiative to research my dog’s condition and share tips that have genuinely improved his care at home. Michelle is equally wonderful—organized, attentive to details, and proactive with sharing pictures and updates that give me so much peace of mind. I honestly cannot say enough good things about PetCare LB. The staff truly care about each dog, the facility is clean and well-run, and the pricing is more than fair for the level of attention and expertise they provide. I’m so grateful to have found them.

Lilli and her team are life savers. We could not find anyone to care for our super senior doggy and my vet recommended Lilli. She is so kind and sweet and treats all the doggies as her own! Highly recommended if you have a senior pet or pet who needs some extra care.

My cat spent a week at PetCare recovering from a major surgery that required round-the-clock observation and timely administration of meds. Lilli is a registered veterinary nurse and has incredible intuition about animals. She and her staff were exactly what my two year old kitten needed, when she handed him off to me he was ready for convalescence at home. She becomes mother and patron saint for those in her care.
