They need to take better care of their animals. Every time I go either fishes are dead , reptiles in terrible shape. All the feeding insects were dead. It’s absolutely disgusting and so sad. Do better Petco.

There's clearly dead fish on the bottom of the tank, how often are these tanks monitored, as well as the betta fish that y'all have. With the amount of people walking on the floor, I was surprised these fish didn't get any attention

They should teach their employees what customer service really is. When I asked your employee for help, they practically turned their back on me. When I explained what I needed, they rolled their eyes at me, and this is not the first time it has happened. I only went because my pet had no food; otherwise, I would not even go into the store. They should train their employees on how to properly treat customers. Terrible service!

I scheduled an appointment for May 7th and when I checked to confirm the day of they scheduled it for the 6th at 9:30. I didn't call to make the appointment until 5:30 pm on the 6th. Now the only time they can fit me in is the 9th. This place is trash

Staff unable to work with larger dogs, took my husky for nails trimming. Staff couldn't handle my dog and didn't complete the job and still wanted to charge me full price and now I'm banned from the store. I didn't go to get free service but if they can't provide a full service I'll be more than happy to go elsewhere
