I’m so very please with the services at Petropolis, my dog had a blast on his first trip here, he loved the water park and loved the staff a group of friendly people

I took my Toy Poodle in for a haircut today she was a mess! The groomer cut her and cleaned her up so perfectly. Moose is beautiful again, thankyou so much❤️ I am taking her back for training on Monday so she will be beautiful and well behaved.

I want to be honest because I know it's a good place and it was recommended to me... but in my experience I wasn't happy because maybe they could have taken the time to cut their hair a little better, they just used the clippers and it's not my first time taking them like that. At least they took the time to make them look a little prettier in the previous place, now they are completely bald. Maybe they needed a little more communication and a person with experience with golden doodle. They had never left them like that before but somehow Thank you 🙌🏻

This is the first time that we have used Petropolis. Our dog REX had his orientation today and will be boarding here Tuesday and Wednesday. I must say that this place is big and have a lot of activities to keep your pet busy. I'm happy to learn the two employees who helped us were Thomas and Drew. They were so nice and very helpful. We're impressed and feel comfortable having our baby stay here for a couple of days. Thank you for a wonderful environment!

The entire staff at Petropolis is so friendly, and my little Lou loves his stays here. They make me feel assured that Lou is safe and happy, and the snuggle time and empowerment time are such great activities to keep him comfortable and happy throughout his stay. I also love the pictures share me during special holiday meals. We will definitely be back!
