The way this guy talks to people is so RUDE. we walked in and asked for 1 bag of dog food that and we would like our free one. He replied well that’s on a different system… ok well can you please look up my number we come here all the time to get dog food. He looks us up and said well you get 1 free bag and it’s 5 til the next one and we said yes we are going to pay for one and we want the free one he said well idk why you didn’t just say that… it’s like he is upset he has to do his job and we asked him to make our dog food this is not the first time we have been to this location and he is just so rude!!! If you don’t like your job I’m sorry go find a job you like that don’t deal with people. We did not get his name he didn’t not give us a receipt and we did not notice til we left because we were in awe how he continues to be rude. He has a beard and is bold

What an amazing experience we had when we visited this Pet Barn . The staff was super friendly and explained the process of creating a special a healthy dog food for my 8 year old Baby. There’s 3 steps after selecting your dog food ( see the photos). All 3 steps are included in the price of the dog food.

First trip there today. Everyone was so friendly. I couldn't believe the price for a 60lb bag of cat litter. Amazing! I got that and a fee treats for my cats. The associate even carried the litter to my car. I will definitely be coming back.

I love this place! We find much better products here compared to petsmart or petco. They have food for our guinea pigs that is actually safe and healthy unlike petsmart. They also have a variety of supplies to choose from. Their animals look like they're properly taken care of and the prices are much better as well! This place is awesome and very highly recommended! ☺

The facility is very well taken care of and incredibly clean, you would think it was a grand opening. Prices are a bit higher than some of the large national companies as expected, but the staff eager to provide assistance and pride taken in appearances holds its own value.
