Salem has been coming here for many many years, Craig and Vicky really do spoil the cats, i wouldn't leave him with anyone else. Excellent care and the attention to detail is amazing the extras that you can add onto your booking is fab ! Regular pictures posted on social media so even when your away you can see your cat enjoying their holiday. First class cattery .

Jacques returned home this morning from his week holiday at Pets Country Manor and I can tell he has had the best week! I was a little worried about leaving him as I have never been away from him since I got him, so I was worried with how he would be - but as soon as I dropped him off last week I felt so at ease and the regular picture updates were amazing to see how he was getting on! Jacques also had the spa upgrade and had his very own post on social media showing the fuss and attention he got which made me feel so happy to see he was enjoying his time! Once again, thank you for looking after our Jacques and putting my mind at ease - we will definitely be returning!🐈‍⬛

Tis I, Sir Radley the 1st of Knowsley. I would like to thank you for a delightful 11 days that I have spent with your goodselves whilst Fair Maiden Trisha has taken the waters of the land called Ang-le-sea. (Alas, she still has not sighted any dragons.) I am "chillaxed" as the young humans say, fully rested from my battle training and I am looking forward to the next time we meet. Good food, good company to joust with and the full attention of you, Sir Craig and the lovely Lady Vicki. I shall bid you adieu until we meet again and hand you to My Fair Maiden Trisha. Radley is purring up a storm and totally relaxed, as always when he comes home. I have no worries while I'm away about Radley's welfare. I know after my own, he is in the best and safest hands. When he 1st stayed, I honestly thought I'd been given a different cat, he was so relaxed. Thanks "Sir Craig" and "Lady Vicki" for looking after my boy and we'll see you again soon.

We are first-time users of Pets Country Manor and they’ve looked after our fur-babies, Luna & Lola, incredibly well, especially as my kitties are only 5 and a half months old. I was nervous about leaving them while we went on holiday, but as soon as we were checking in my worries disappeared. I felt totally reassured and was very impressed with the facilities. Luna & Lola have been looked after extremely well looked after, we loved the photo updates on Insta & Facebook while we were away, and they’ve settled back home this morning really easily. Thank you Craig & Vicky, you have looked after them so well! 🫶🏼🐾

Pets Country Manor makes us feel at ease knowing our cat is not only safe but happy whilst we're away. Our cat comes back exactly the same, purring, scenting & his little personality shining as always! His coat is healthy & he just slots back into home life as if he's never been away and that is a true testament that he's had a great time! We wouldn't use anyone else & we are so grateful, thank you Craig, Vicky & team 😻
