I asked for a small trim this is the second time they completely shaved my dog and gave her a look i never asked for and charged me $120 we will not be bringing bella back . i specially asked for what we wanted showed the girl a picture she said no problem and we got her back she looks like a shaved rat! unacceptable

I know they can be a fantastic groomer. But what makes their absolute ABUSIVE comments online, especially to genuine, and fairly nice Constructive criticism and its rebuttal is dealt with not only personal abuse, but just unprofessional comments. I believe, the posts are posted to get comments of concern - to boost the posts into going “viral” which I think being mean, to go viral, is vial.

Extremely concerning social media presence. If you raise a concern, they’ll call you fat, ugly, stupid etc. instead of just ignoring your comment or explaining?? This is insane! I’m sure it’s frustrating when your business is criticized but to take it this personally is so weird. I wouldn’t trust them with any animal when they clearly don’t care about communicating with you.
