Great team and very happy service. Always. My cavoodle always comes out looking great, smelling fresh and very chipper. Her groom lasts for 3 months and the grow out is good looking. A model looking cavoodle!

Extremely rude and unprofessional staff. Using harmful incorrect methods to take care of animals. Edit: they have disabled comments on their Facebook reels so they can continue showing incorrect ways to treat animals without being corrected. Edit2: In response to the “owner response”, you only disabled comments because all your staff were caught being very much so NOT kind, gentle and dedicated. Maybe only dedicated in being as unprofessional as possible on their company social media to feel like they really stuck it to the man! In regards to incorrect methods, one off the top of my head is a reel showing a dog getting fur plucked from his ears. Thats not an issue! The issue came in when not enough power seemed to be used, and the hemostats used were gripping large chunks of hair instead of small patches, so the ear was being pulled much farther than necessary and the skin immediately became red and irritated from the large plucks instead of small patches. Some suggested the smaller patches being plucked, and even wrapping the fur slightly around the hemostats for better leverage, but instead of /whoever/ was running the page at that time responding in a reasonable manor or with any insightful explanation, they went on the defensive and immediately began throwing insults and slander at any commenter that disagreed with the method used in said reel. This was not a one off incident, this was on WEEKS worth of your pages reels and posts, regardless of the content. I sincerely hope there has been reform with the staff professionalism, but we will never know since comments have been disabled out of fear of further damage to this business reputation. Actions have consequences!

I left my dog here for an overnight stay and it was wonderful! They shared lots of updates on Instagram and took my dog for plenty of walks. The sleeping and play areas were very clean, and I highly recommend this place. Thank you so much!

My dog has been coming here since he was a puppy. They always pay incredible attention to detail with my dog’s haircut, making him look absolutely perfect every time. I couldn’t be happier with the care and precision they put into their work! Please note how perfect he looks from baby to present in the attached photos. The staff are also so kind and welcoming. We love coming here and trust and adore them so much! Thank you.

Frankie & I were recommended to Pets on the Point in her 1st year, we love going there & Frankie is just about to turn 5. Not only do they do an amazing job EVERY time, the friendly staff always find time to squeeze her in with my busy schedule.
