The one star is given to the management of scheduling. We booked an appointment for our two kittens at 3pm today to do bathing and nail trimming. Due to scheduling issues, our kittens didn’t start their grooming until 4.15pm. Our kittens were anxious but had to wait for over an hour. As our first kitten was being groomed, a lady with an appointment at 4.30pm came in at around 4.15pm and wanted to get her cat groomed. Our kitten was put away and priority was given to that lady. We got frustrated and questioned the arrangement. The lady was adamant about she getting her cat appointment as scheduled. She then took a photo of my husband. We didn’t like it but the PetSmart management said their store is a public space and there is nothing they could do about it. I suspect the lady told the management she was being yelled at while we did none of that. Then the management told us not to get close to her. 🤷‍♀️. This is an exact example of how a perpetrator claimed to be the victim. All this could have been resolved cordially with the lady or the groomer courteously asking us if we could let her jump the queue. And yet, this resulted in us being ill-treated. The lady jumped the queue and got her cat groomed and left the store while we were still waiting for our kittens to be done (for more than 2.5 hours for two kittens)! I don’t know if this was racial discrimination but the lady is a Caucasian and we are non-Caucasian. Not withstanding the above, the groomer Isaiah did a great job grooming our little kittens. He was gentle and dedicated. He calmed our anxious kittens and all the small little ones were happy after the grooming.

Shaved all of my yorkies hair off when I only wanted a trim. He did have a few knots in his hair near his stomach but not to the point where he needed his whole body shaved off including his face. Would not recommend.

Isaiah E wont recommend bad groomer, not really skilled to handle golden retrievers. Really bad trim given to my golden retriever. I told the stylist not to trim the hair a lot, just a light feather trim. I also told him last time some stylist had chopped it off really short which i dont want again... Now this stylist chopped off more than 3 inches even though told him not to!!!! i gave explicit instructions. I went back on my app to check who was the previous stylist who ruined my dogs coat last year and guess what!!!! it was the same person Isaiah E. He has now officially given two bad grooming after i gave him clear instructions. 100% wont recommend.

So my girl decided to take her dog Luke (little slow dog) to PetSmart for grooming and Luke came back looking like a name mole rat. Do not go to PetSmart for grooming. I believe the person. That cut Luke's hair is Mara (Marry maybe). See attachment for pictures. It's picture after cut and before cut. My girl friend is embarrassed to walk her dog, so I have to walk this slow mole rat looking dog. I just wear a hat and tell every I found the dog. I repeat do not go to PetSmart Grooming. Just go to a professional instead of trying to save 10 dollars or so.

My first time coming to this location as well as first time having a cat groomed here, terrible experience. The groomer hurt my cat and had me come get her in the back as she was bleeding on the floor from her claw. Thankfully the clinic onsite was able to provide her about $300 worth of treatment, but it could have been avoided. My cat now has to wear a cone and a cast on her leg for over a week, while she went in perfectly fine. It was even the Doctor on site who let me know that they had just began offering cat grooming, not the grooming salon themselves. Had I known they were not well experienced, I would not have booked at this location. Additionally, I believe another review name drops an Erika, but she was the one I booked for my kitty’s appointment, and after the incident she wouldn’t even look at me. Please beware and do not bring your cats here for grooming.
