I’ve been using PetSuites Arlington. They’re always friendly and the only issue I had was that my dog’s nail broke during playtime, but they let me know immediately and that’s not necessarily their fault. This facility stays busy, so I recommend to book ahead of time. Which speaks to their quality since many people love them. My only gripe is that I can never get my dog bathed after her stay. I’m sure it is busy like any other time but I always find it strange that I can book far in advance but adding the bath is impossible. Anyways, it’s overall a good, safe place to bring your pet and I am grateful for it.

took my long haired german shepard in for a wash & cut which always takes at least 6hrs. he has a thick double coat. they called me to pick him up after 2hrs. when i called to clarify ask why it was done so fast the groomer told me she was “experienced” therefore was able to complete the service quick. she was very vague and acting weird basically playing with my intelligence . i went in to get him, the front desk girl had a weird smile on her face the whole time as she tried to convince me that he was bathed properly. long story short, she she brought him to me his face was soaking wet! his body was dry and clearly not clean. they sprayed vanilla all over him yet he still had his doggy odor. on top of that they butchered his lion cut that he always gets. when i asked why his face was wet, she shrugged her shoulder very guiltily, went to the back to “go ask” and never returned! so i walked out. i believe my dog was mistreated! everything about the service was a red flag! as i was hysterical in the parking lot because his face was soaked, after they told me he was completely done and ready for pick up, i guess it was a manager who came out. he didnt seem concerned with me. he has the same stupid smile on his face and proceeded to pet my dog while he was in my truck. it was weird. i will be reporting them to animal services!

Arlington Pet Suites took exceptional care of my two dogs, Drago and Zeus, during their 6-day stay. Both of them had their own private suites, and the staff made sure they were comfortable the entire time. We brought their own food and beds, and they did great—ate all their meals and settled in easily. We also requested baths and grooming services, and both dogs came back looking and smelling amazing. The team clearly pays attention to detail and treats the pets like their own. There was a small mix-up during drop-off because we had changed our date a few days earlier and it hadn’t been fully annotated, but the staff corrected it on the spot with no issues. We received great text updates throughout their stay, which really gave us peace of mind. My only small recommendation is to be mindful of the text frequency since each dog generates their own notification—but I still appreciate the consistent communication. Overall, outstanding service from start to finish. Drago and Zeus will definitely be staying here again!

Biscuit LOVES coming here. Allie was the first one to welcome him and make me as the owner so comfortable with having them take care of my doggy! And getting to know the other workers has been the same experience! I highly recommend this place for anyone who needs to leave their pet for a weekend. They tailor to the pet's need and more importantly, truly care about each one!! This place is amazing!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ PetSuites took such amazing care of my dog, Judy Rose! From the moment we dropped her off, I felt completely at ease knowing she was in great hands. The team was incredibly kind, professional, and clearly passionate about what they do. What really made the experience even more special were the awesome photos they sent during her stay—Judy Rose looked so happy and relaxed, it made my day every time! It was such a comfort to see her enjoying herself and being loved on like family. Thank you, PetSuites, for going above and beyond. We'll definitely be back! 🐾💛
