Came by with an issue with an electrical harness. Mr. Petty took the time to make the repair to perfection. Amazing man and great work. Will differently stop by again for any odd ball electrical issues.

Worst customer service ever. It took over a month to get a fan replaced on my TEVO. The owner was rude, had a different excuse every time he didn’t have it ready. Told me he’d lost $ on that repair. And then called and said he had to charge me more. Took him 10 minutes, while I waited.

I usually don't waste time with negative reviews, but this is warranted. I'm baffled this guy has any 5 star ratings. He started with 5 stars, but quickly proved to be a 1 star business. He accepted my project knowing he didn't have time for it. Wasted a week of my time then told me he couldn't get to it. Then, when I showed up to pick up my stuff, I find it outside by the front door. Not happy with my experience and would not suggest this company to anyone. Very unorganized, bad customer service, and horrible scheduling.
