Petz Pack

I am *so* glad we came across Petz Pack recently while searching around for yet another boarding option! Nothing against some of the larger boarding centers... especially the local ones. They do the best they can, but there is only so much care and attention even the best-intentioned group of folks can provide to any single pet with that model. Petz Pack offers a completely different approach, which is fantastic! We recently had the pleasure of speaking with Mike, then found room for our big, furry "extended family member" with Agustina at Bell Grove. Both were a delight, and for the first time in years, we took a no-pets family trip with no worries and absolutely no guilt. We loved the daily pics and the comfort of knowing our big girl was not only having her basic needs (food, water, "restroom") taken care of, but that she was able to run, play, have fun, and rest in a home and yard much like our own -- First time in a very long time that we picked her up and she wasn't a nervous wreck. Definitely will be booking again with Petz Pack for our next big no-pets family trip! Thank you guys for the service and peace of mind you provide.

I have been friends with Michael and Melissa Cox for years now, but up until this weekend, I have not had the pleasure of doing business with Petz Pack. They took the very best care of our sweet Roo. I cannot say enough about how awesome they were, even to the point of hand-feeding Roo because he wouldn't eat otherwise. They took him in and treated him like he was a part of their own family. Being able to board Roo in a home instead of in a kennel made me feel so much better about leaving him. He needs all the attention and loves and Mike and Melissa and Wyatt made sure he was the happiest boy while we were away. If you have a fur baby you know how important it is to be able to leave town and trust your baby is being taken care of the way that Petz Pack does!

Shannan and Kyle (at the Willows location) took such great care of our fur kids! This was Lilly's first time away from home-- from the pictures that we got each day, we were afraid she wasn't going to want to come home! Thank you for letting us relax on our vacation, confident that our pets were well cared for and pampered!!

I couldn't be more pleased with Petz Carlton! My dog currently goes to The Willows location several days a week and he absolutely loves it! Tatiana has an immaculate home, and she's very organized! She was very thorough when explaining the type of care and schedule that she provides, which has been wonderful! I am so thankful for Tatiana and Petz Carlton! I would highly recommend Petz Carlton for daycare and/or overnight stay.

Petz Carlton is FANTASTIC. It is not run as an after thought or side gig. Melissa and Mike are professional and run the Petz as passionate entrepreneurs. They sincerely care about their work with dogs. We have a 90 lbs Doberman. They did a wonderful job of playing with him and integrating him into their own dogs' pack. He's a playful pooch and they sent us lots of pictures and videos of him getting great workouts in their backyard. I would highly recommend the Petz Carlton for any dog.
