At our initial meeting when told my pc had blinking lights and wasn't turning on I was advised it could be an issue with the cpu or motherboard and not worth the expense to pursue on my model in particular. I was given good advice on where to find similar pc's and options of I was to proceed with trying to repair my current ailing pc. The five stars is for the stellar customer service but also for not trying to fleece me with... "Well, it's $$ to diagnose the issue but no guarantee we can fix it" (knowing full well they wouldn't fix it as do some businesses with less integrity). Long post but I will return if I ever have need of their services.
