I've been here several times through out the years and I love this clinic. Everyone is friendly and helpful and the Doctors are great.

Predatory. Too many other urgent care providers in the city to ever come back here. I've been several times and front desk is always miserable and the care from doctors has been hit or miss. Most recently, we came in for flu testing for my daughter and specifically declined covid testing. Rapid flu test came back negative so they offered to send away for overnight flu test but didn't disclose they'd also be testing her for covid, pneumonia, strep and 3-5 other viruses, all individual charges I have to pay for despite never asking for them and actually asking to NOT be tested for one of them. Billing center says I have no recourse since I signed "consent to treat" - which you have to sign so they're protected under what the doctor deemed "medically necessary" - this is a joke as my kid CLEARLY was not ill enough to warrant any of those extraneous labs without my clear consent. Never again.

I would recommend the doctor, he was great, but I’m not sure I would recommend the facility. Booking the appointment was great, very fast and easy online process. But the check-in process is awful and I honestly started to google other options while waiting to be checked in and was just about to leave when I was called back. I am happy to wait my turn to see the doctor. But to wait 20 minutes to be checked in - even after filling out the multiple online forms before arriving and after entering the building - seems a bit excessive, especially when spoken to rudely. Also, my birth date was keyed-in incorrectly, and I wasn’t able to fix myself and she was unwilling to do so. She said it didn’t matter. But then caused issues with the prescription. I likely won't be back. I tried to provide this feedback directly but they kept asking for a Google review…

I had never been to an urgent care before, but I came in needing X-rays to confirm a fracture—no appointment, just walked in. The whole experience was incredibly quick and easy. I was in and out before I knew it, and everyone was so polite and attentive. I even brought a book for the wait, but didn’t get a chance to read a single page—that’s how fast it was! The parking lot is also a huge plus around here. I’ll definitely be coming back for any future needs. Thank you all for your kindness and efficiency!
