Claudia is an excellent teacher. She blends her Pilates expertise with listening and humor which makes her classes accessible for me and my fitness level. She is excellent at cueing helping me understand what is important in each move. Her teaching is easy to follow and really fun at the same time.
Claudia is a brilliant instructor! Her classes are challenging and engaging, with positive and supportive energy and excellent flow. Her training, knowledge and experience shows, and her cues are spot on. I always feel like a million bucks, and am always grateful after moving my body with her.
Claudia is an amazing Pilates and Yoga teacher, and there many adjectives I can think of that describe her classes: fun, innovative, inspiring, thoughtful, creative and the list goes on. Doing her classes imbued me with both the physical and mental Strength to complete two very challenging and long-distance hikes! I highly recommend the Claudia Experience!
