Pilates is truly for everyone! Changed my life after injury. Instructors are very knowledgable. Intro class sets you a good foundation. Great offering of class times and levels. All ages and fitness levels are welcomed and adjustments are made for those who need it. Parking can easily be found. On streets or in front of building.

One of the best Pilates classes I have ever been to. This review is for the lovely lady Joan /Joanne , she is an excellent instructor and a lovely person. I would also like to thank Monique for her excellent customer service and helping me guide through the process.

Have been going to Pilates Wpg for a number of years. Instructors are excellent , knowledgeable and truly understand the importance of improving physical health.
