Max was Great! He was truthful and honest about her system and our options repairs versus replacement. Was not pushy they gave us lots of details of things we need to know so we can make an educated decision. He was okay with us taking the time to discuss our repairs as a couple and decide what we want to do. One of the best experiences I've ever had with a repair person.

Decided to upgrade my HVAC from electric to gas by Pioneer. I purchased a new unit Friday afternoon from James who was extremely professional, patient and thorough explaining the different options and answering all of our questions. The next day, Evan, Sam & Matt arrived early in the morning to start working on the removal of our old electric HVAC, did the conversion over to gas and installation of the new unit. They worked very hard to have our new unit up and running by the end of the night. Everything was checked and double checked to assure it was properly functioning and we were all set. Their cleanup work and installation was outstanding! Because of the hard work and outstanding service provided by Evan, Sam and Matt, this is why we highly recommend Pioneer for any of your HVAC and/or plumbing needs!

Jason Barnard did a wonderful job. He worked late to finish the job. Very nice and polite gentleman. Would definitely recommend him! Thank you Jason l!! Jason came back out again today 1/14/26 the water heater was leaking wayer in the drip pan, so he adjusted the temperature and pressure, so far it working great! Will keep you updated if anything changes. No charge for coming out today.

Matthew was wonderful and efficient. He arrived after we had a tree fall in our yard and had the electric meter repair done in a few hours so our power could be restored that same night. Would recommend Pioneer to anyone!
