I visited Pitch with moderate expectations and left feeling the experience was mixed. While there are some genuinely good elements, inconsistent execution across dishes keeps this from being a strong recommendation. I ordered the Tinman pizza, which featured interesting flavor combinations but suffered from an execution problem. The crust was too thin and became saggy in the middle, unable to support the weight of the toppings. This made it difficult to eat and detracted from what could have been an enjoyable dish. Adding to the disappointment, the jalapeños were served raw, which threw off both the flavor balance and texture. The meatball and focaccia appetizer was the clear highlight of our meal. The meatballs came in a flavorful meat sauce that the focaccia absorbed beautifully. We also ordered fries, which were perfectly fried with a crisp exterior and soft interior, but oddly arrived completely unseasoned. Even basic salt would have elevated them significantly. The draft beer selection was rather limited, offering fewer options than I'd expect from a restaurant positioning itself as a casual dining and drinks spot. The value proposition is reasonable, particularly the 2 for $15 appetizer and pizza slice selections, which makes experimentation more affordable. However, the inconsistency across dishes means you're taking a chance with each order. I'd rate this a 3 out of 5—there's potential here, but the kitchen needs to tighten up execution before making it a regular stop.

I had the Southwest Protein Bowl and it was incredible!! I was so happy they offer a healthier alternative that still is full of flavor! Collin M was our server and he was great, he answered all our questions and made sure we were well taken care of!

Pitch is our go-to when we want to get a pie. I had the Tinman and it was very good. The jalapeños were a flavorful touch I enjoyed. My wife had the Mia and she enjoyed hers as well. Overall, the atmosphere of the store in Dundee is amazing but this store is clean and more contemporary. The parking out west is the best, as anyone familiar with the Dundee area can attest to. Great food, clean store, and the staff is very friendly. We will enjoy our leftover pie tomorrow too. Go check it out if you've never been. If you have been, you know what I'm talking about.

We went to dinner and our server was absolutely amazing. Totally spacing her name but maybe Grace? Anyways, she was the vibe. Our drinks were 10/10. The food… not my fav. My spicy honey chicken sandwich was not at all spicy. It was so sweet, too sweet. The bacon on the sandwich was 10/10 I would recommend. My boyfriend got the special, he said it was good, we went with his dad who ordered the pizza, it wasn’t anything fantastic. I would for sure go back for drinks and maybe their apps…

Having visited this area only twice - Pitch was a favorite place to frequent during my vacation/work trip! Absolutely recommend for light food or delicious entrees. The cocktails and beer are top notch as well!
