My PT Mindy and the office staff are professional and so nice. They are all relatively new, as of mid-2025. Not only is Mindy super knowledgeable as I’d hope my PT is, she is attentive and insightful. She has helped me heal by explaining things in ways I understand and made sure I can repeat (other PTs failed to do this). She also does needling and cupping when needed and appropriate to stimulate healing. Mindy also looks at all the body mechanics contributing to my healing or lack thereof like she has gotten some muscles that have been bothering me for years to finally calm down and heal. I’m very grateful to Mindy for all her help and to the great office staff - Kayana is so sweet and efficient.

I had an excellent experience with my physical therapy sessions. The staff was professional, knowledgeable, and truly cared about my recovery. My therapist Mindy took the time to explain every exercise and made sure I was doing them correctly. I’ve seen a huge improvement in my strength and mobility since starting therapy. The environment was always welcoming and encouraging — I actually looked forward to each visit! Highly recommend to anyone needing physical rehabilitation.

My husband’s experience at ATHLETICO Physical Therapy in Durham has been very positive. They are always very punctual with their appointments and scheduling is very convenient. Physical Therapist, Cody, is friendly, patient and exceptionally professional. The time that is spent on exercises has yielded positive results towards set goals and has led to improved strength and balance. Everyone is very friendly. My husband looks forward to his sessions.

I have only good things to say about Pivot Physical Therapy, both at the front desk and with my therapist Mindy Kim. She takes a genuine interest in helping me improve, respecting my concerns and limitations while at the same time challenging and encouraging me with effective and progressively more difficult exercises. I've begun to develop more strength and balance and feel more stable physically since I've started working with Mindy.

My mom did her physical therapy here from July to October after her hip replacement, and we had a great experience. She first worked with Katrina, who was wonderful but moved to another location, and then with Mindy for most of her sessions. Mindy was fantastic, she really listened to concerns, adjusted exercises when needed, explained everything clearly, and was both patient and encouraging. She always followed up on any issues or questions and you could tell she genuinely cared and wanted my mom to succeed. The facility is clean, well stocked, and parking is easy. All appointments were on time, and scheduling was smooth (though it’d be nice if it could be done online instead of just by phone). Overall, highly recommend!
