Our car broke down in lights under Louisville and the staff let us chill in the lobby for several hours while we waited on our family to arrive to come get us. It’s a very good place ran by great people 1000000000 stars

Popular level planet fitness is right above five stars for me. It's not just the equipment it's the staff it's the people at the desk it's the regulars it's an open place you're not on top of each other there's enough room but really it's just the stats how they interact with us I came close enough I feel that I would say those are my planet fitness family and that's really how I feel from everyone that works up there even the cleaning lady her and I have a conversation in the bathroom you can't lose their one for your health two for your mind three for the friendliness. And cleaning list..

This facility is awesome. Very clean while maintained the most courteous staff I have ever encountered from a planet fitness and I just recently moved here from California. I will definitely be making that my home gym and look forward to many a good workout in the future. I'd give it 10 stars but it only allows me to get five!
