This gym is very clean and very professional looking. All the equipment are functioning as intended giving you the best and safest workout possible. There are no damages to the padding at all or even a spec of rust. The paper towel dispenser and the spray bottles are always full and available as well. The atmosphere is very civilized without any loud noises.

This is a very affordable gym, quite possibly the cheapest option on the island. However over the years it has gotten more crowded and, in my opinion, this location is not spacious enough to hold the volume of members it has. This really is a bummer because the location is convenient, but it loses its value because oftentimes there are so many people in the gym that it is difficult to get to the machines you want to use. I've seen other members sitting on the machines while watching videos on their phones. When going to a gym the goal should be to get your work out completed while still being respectful of the other members. I do think, however, that this location is better than the Kahala Mall one.

The staff are so sweet and friendly! Super busy during the afternoons though, it’s like you’re fighting for machines haha. Great environment. Location is prime especially if you want to go for a run after your workout at Ala Moana Beach Park/ Magic Island.

We chose this gym because it’s so close to our hotel, and after checking it out online, we decided to sign up for a membership. From the moment we walked in, Rodney made the experience exceptional—he truly deserves a raise! He greeted everyone with a warm smile and an enthusiastic fist pump 👊, instantly setting a positive tone. The energy in the gym is fantastic. The members are genuinely friendly and welcoming, which isn’t something you find at every gym. The price is excellent for what you get, and we loved the massage chairs! Plenty of equipment, no waiting for weights, and everything was clean and in great working order 💪. My husband and I both got an awesome workout in. We’re so grateful to have found this gem—highly recommend!

I wanted to love this gym so bad! The staff has always been incredibly helpful and in a good mood; especially with the new equipment they just brought in! Me and the wife are unfortunately going to have to switch to 24 hour fitness; the biggest flex for me was being able to workout before work @ 5am, but they're no longer 24 hours 🫠 All in all it's a pretty cool gym for the price you pay, although it's pretty busy throughout the day after 7a. I'd say this is your gym if you don't mind big crowds/working out during later hours..
