This is a nice place and it’s in a nice area but sometimes the equipment is always broken and it takes forever to get it fixed all the other planet fitness outter state are very different and has better equipment and they be having weight scales but this one don’t have a weight it’s a gym that people comes to lose weight or gain weight why don’t yall put a weight scale in there I’m not understanding

staff are awesome, a lot of regulars, excellent mix of members. peak hours are hard to get the equipment you want but there’s a variety of machines to compensate. staff are always cleaning and equipment is always new and working - parking is a-ok as well -

This is my local PF but Brier Creek and Wake Forest will be my go-to locations. This is so unfortunate... this location is not maintained as well as as the above mentioned locations. The machines are dusty and the restrooms are not as clean as they should be. It's overall vibe is old and dusty. I'll only visit this location if it's late and I want to be close to home. Hopefully management will look into this.

I was excited abouty membership with planet fitness. About two months in planet fittness started randomly charging my bank card with out my permission. I agreed to 21$ a month and a yearly fee "dues" of 10$. In all i was charged 25$ 49$ and 3.49$ on my second month. I didnt agree to any of that. When i called planet fitness i was told i was never made an offer for 21$ a month and i never would gotten a membership if that were true. I am highly disappointed. I know very well what i signed up for. I know i read when i signed it. I signed that i would be notified before i was charged the 10 a year not 49$ on my second month. I tried to the 25$ over 21$ go. But i never agreed to 70 charges with out my notice or permission on my second month. When i ask for a refund i was given my money but my membership was also cancled over yearly dues i havent even been there a year. Its been two months and i didnt agree to 49$ plus 3.49. i agreed to 10$ a year. Its hard to belive these established companys shark us the way they do. They continue to take money over having good clean honest members

Plenty of machines to choose but some machines are a little old. The price is really good.
