Wyatt's management has ensured that all of the trainers have outstanding knowledge and experience in training and caring for the human body. There are no harmful training practices here. Sean is personable, funny and genuinely invested in your progress. I almost hesitate to write this excellent review of Sean as I don't want him to get so booked that I lose my preferred time slot.
