I have Been a member the planet fitness off and on for many years recently I was at the Craig location during Thanksgiving and I purchased a day pass and was allowed to use all the facilities had a very nice experience twice did my workout and use the hydro chairs etc and was wonderful and and then when I went back today January 13th I paid my fee for the day use and was not allowed to use the chair or the spa and and I think that's a big fat t-minus I questioned that and was threatened to be expelled from the club and that was another big fat D minus and I just want that to be known to everybody that according to the policy when you pay for the day fee you are allowed to use the whole experience of the club and that's on purpose so that you can enjoy and decide whether you want to join or not so by not allowing me to utilize it for facility was an absolute oversight or whatever on their part and then to threaten to ban you from the club just because I questioned that aspect very wrong so I'm going back tomorrow and I'm going to enjoy the full facility and thank you very much . ..ok .. return ed today (MLK day). way way better experience 5andahalf stars,,was greeted staffer",Roy" remember d my name made sure I sat in the chair helped me with a machine..awell rounded not fake dude makes you want to return facility also clean great variety... 5stars... So far so good. Joined so I can have options when I travel, it’s fitting my needs pretty well. The facility is clean, equipment is in good repair. I love that the app has a live update of the volume of members in the gym. Members keep to themselves, which is nice. Roy was really helpful and friendly. Low key atmosphere. Glad to be able to get back on my fitness journey.

Just wanted to give a shout-out to Destiny at Planet Fitness. Every time I come in, she’s super friendly and makes the whole place feel comfortable. She’s always on top of everything, super helpful, and has such a good attitude.You can really tell she cares about the people who come in and actually enjoys her job. She answers questions, helps out right away, and just overall makes the gym experience better. Her service helps me enjoy going to the gym. If you need anything at this location, look for destiny!

I go to this gym practically daily anywhere from 6 AM to 10 AM. Everyone on staff always greets me with a smile. Sammy and all the others here are fantastic and the gym is always clean. Lots of machines too. If something breaks they get on it right away. Love it here ❤️

Love the vibe of this place: everyone working hard toward their own goals in their own way. Inspiring energy but low stress. The staff is great especially Breanna, very nice and super supportive. She’s a rockstar. Everyone always go out of their way to make every visit a pleasure. The locker rooms and showers are clean! And the opportunity to have a tan and massage after my workout makes me feel like I'm at a spa - it's the treat at the end that keeps me coming back.
