I wish I can give zero stars. Terrible experience with planet fitness. You can never cancel even when you are going for long vacation. These people have not given any option to cancel in the app or through phone. The staff was very rude to me. When I asked her I want to pause for few months as I have to go to India for few months, she said we have planet fitness world wide. Even the staff doesn’t know which countries has planet fitness franchise, and who will be able to workout on vacation. Worst even you ever want to even pause for few months. NEVER SUBSCRIBE TO PLANET FITNESS.

I had a very concerning experience at this location. As I was leaving, a member entered wearing a Confederate flag sweatshirt. No staff intervened or addressed it. I later called the gym and was told this violates their policy—however, no real action had been taken at the time. I was advised to follow up with management via email and have not received a response. This is especially frustrating given that I was recently approached about a minor dress code issue (tank top straps), yet something far more serious was ignored. This raises real concerns about how policies are enforced and whether the “Judgement Free Zone” applies consistently to all members. Symbols like this are widely recognized as offensive and can make members feel unwelcome or unsafe. I am a regular member and would like to continue coming here, but that depends on seeing clear action, better staff responsiveness, and consistent enforcement of policies.
