TL/DR: Platinum Auto Collision are amazeballs. I will never take my car anywhere else. For more info, read on spirit… I would be remiss if I let 2025 shuffle off without providing a review of the incredible service and repairs to my vehicle I received from Platinum Auto Collision. Mid-summer I was having a hard time even getting an appointment booked to look at my car, never mind getting the actual work done. Folks are busy. I get it. But my car’s body work needed some serious attention and I was getting frustrated. Based on their reviews I decided to give Platinum a try and I was not disappointed. After a quick phone call in the morning, I was able to bring my car round the same day for an evaluation and quote. And I was able to book my car in at a date and time that suited – something I really appreciated. I also got some helpful guidance about further work my car could receive to prolong its life, which I’ll be getting done in 2026. I really appreciated Platinum’s transparency and lack of pressure, just good info and very fair pricing. Good to know: Something I learned this first-time round: some vehicle body work requires time for the best results. Platinum also offers car rental and I’ll definitely take advantage of that next time. Thanks again Platinum and see you next year!

I can’t say enough good things about this shop! They fit me into their extremely busy schedule just a week before Christmas and still had my car ready in time for the holidays. The team was amazing to work with—super friendly, incredibly helpful with all the paperwork, and they handled all the communication with third parties so I didn’t have to stress at all. The work was excellent, and the entire experience was smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great service!

Hugo and his team are pure class! They are everything you will ever want and need in an autobody specialist. Experienced, resourceful, talented and willing to take on any challenge. Hugo was also completely transparent and in constant communication throughout the repairs on my vehicle. He treats customers fairly and respectfully and explains everything to any amateur in a way that will leaving feeling informed and included in the process. Finally, the time, care, and attention to detail that he put into fixing the body damage on our car left us feeling like he had worked on his own vehicle or one of his family members.
