Very disappointing experience with this Kal Tire location. My vehicle was damaged here, and instead of taking responsibility or showing any concern, I keep getting passed around and asked unnecessary questions like when I made the booking rather than anyone actually helping resolve the issue. Management and the employee involved should be addressing this properly and offering an apology instead of avoiding responsibility. If this matter is not handled seriously, I will have no choice but to take further action and see Kal Tire in court. Customer service at this location has been completely unacceptable.
