They made the process as painless as it could be and fixed my car quickly, despite it being a busy holiday season. They went above and beyond, providing me a ride to the subway station when I dropped my car off, fixing additional scratches on my car, and detailing the inside. They patiently explained every step of the process, kept everything transparent, and made sure I understood what work was being done. What really stood out was the service beyond just the repair - They even dropped me to the rental car company so I could pick up a temporary car while mine was being fixed. I would highly recommend the folks at Pro Colour! I have an older model Jeep Patriot that I use for working as a dog walker. My driver side front door popped a spring yesterday and I couldn’t get the door to shut at all. I took it in to Pro Colour this morning and they were able to fix it quick in like 10mins in the parking lot. I’m so grateful for their quick service, as everyday I’m off work I don’t make any money. They were friendly and kick with the fix. I’ll definitely recommend them to anyone looking for great service. Thanks again!
