It's the best workout I've ever had, and I've tried many over the years. I feel fitter and healthier than ever before PLNK Tulsa. The instructors are the most encouraging - each instructor is so welcoming and focused on providing you the safest, strongest workout. I go because of instructors like Tricia. She is motivating as a coach in the class, as a class participant, and whenever I see her outside of class. She has the most positive social media, and I feel like I'm part of a community thanks to her and the rest of the staff. I feel my best self after a PLNK Tulsa class.
