This place does have good pieces, but it is uncomfortable specifically with Alisa (I think, the brunette girl). I visited the store a couple of times, made big purchases, but she always has an attitude throughout the whole shopping experience, it’s like she wants you to leave the moment you enter. She literally scares me. Being rude and judgmental is completely unacceptable. Changing to a 4 star review because I’ve never had any issues with Maggie, she’s nice and appreciative.

I really enjoyed my first visit to Plume and loved being able to shop among so many designer pieces. While the pricing is definitely on the higher side, it’s pretty much what you’d expect for designer and vintage clothing. I usually hesitate to pay full price for clothes since I sometimes fall out of love with them after a few weeks. Being able to shop at Plume was great! I wore it right out of the shop (a rare fashion commitment for me). I absolutely recommend Plume if you’re looking for designer and vintage finds. Multiple floors, beautiful atmosphere, lots to explore, and I only wish I’d discovered it sooner.
