I am a missionary coming home from Mexico with my wife and kids. I bought a home and am closing before Christmas to give them a nice holiday. Logistics moving abroad are insane and I have everything figured out to make it happen except - our PODS will not be delivered to our home because apparently the home we bought is 7 miles outside of their 50 mile radius. I submitted my request for same exception, offered to pay overage begged a pleaded. This facility rejected my request multiple times. This has created a major hardship for my family and is going to cost me thousands of dollars mixed with days of transportation logistics to get my things delivered. I am deeply disappointed in this company and do not recommend them. Also look at the costs of having your things delivered the drop off fees are a lot more than advertised - and God forbid you buy a home outside of their radius. I even had a manager tell me even if it’s within their 50 mile radius it’s up to the facility if they want to deliver to that location. I will continue leaving reviews for PODS facilities and making my experience heard - they DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU!!!

PODS is a great alternative to using uhaul. No steep narrow walkway to haul heavy items up and down, PODS is leveled to the ground making it easy. No need to rush either, we have 30 days to get it all done. Highly recommend.

The entire PODS experience has been awesome. The reservation process (with Carlos) was efficient and the service I purchased fit my needs perfectly. The delivery driver (Richard) was prompt, courteous, and an expert at handling the delivery process and maneuvering the pod. I would highly recommend PODS at Ft. Wayne and all across North America!

Richard was extremely professional! He called ahead with a perfect estimated time. He went over the spot I wanted the POD placed and although had to alter it a little left perfect space for our cars and room to put everything inside. Very quick and efficient! Thank you for being fantastic!

Richard came first thing in the morning called myself and my brother arrived promptly. He put the pod right where we needed it after tipping it up to relieve tension on the door from shifting in shipping. Everything went great, Pods drivers are the best!
