We hired Chef Robert for my mom’s 58th birthday celebration, and the experience could not have been more perfect. From start to finish, he created an atmosphere that was both professional and warm, making the evening feel truly special. The four-course meal was outstanding — each dish was beautifully presented, perfectly balanced, and paired with thoughtful wine selections that elevated the flavors even further. The attention to detail showed not only in the food but also in the pacing of the courses and the way Chef Robert explained the pairings. To finish the evening, he served a dessert cocktail that was delicious (espresso martinis) — the perfect finale to an unforgettable meal. My mom was blown away, and our whole family left the table feeling like we’d just experienced a fine-dining restaurant in the comfort of our own home. I can’t recommend Chef Robert highly enough. If you’re looking for a private chef who delivers incredible food, seamless service, and a memorable experience, he’s the one to book.

We had an amazing dinner with Chef Kelly of The Polished Chef! The Polished Chef was so fun and easy to work with. Chef Kelly made us drinks which was the cherry on top of a perfect meal! 10/10 will hire The Polished Chef again for my future parties/bachelorettes/private dinners/etc.!

5 ‘POLISHED’ GOLD STARS all the way. I have hired Nathan and his team for many of my real estate clients and they have all be blown away by what the team delivers and how they deliver it. The Seafood towers are very impressive all locally sourced seafood and they cater to your exact wants and needs, everything in personalized. Professionally Nathan is great and personally he is a standup local family man and passionate driven person. I love supporting local 30A businesses. You should too!

It doesn’t get much better than the Polished Chef! Incredible food, incredible quality, and absolutely love having a private chef experience on 30A! Chef Nathan is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to the menu. I highly recommend the crab cakes & seafood tower with paramount caviar!
