I finished the Mindfulness & Positivity six week course yesterday and cannot recommend it more highly. I am a mindfulness noob and found both Neil and Mark's approach to be excellent. They bring different but complementary styles which were at all times guiding, supporting and inspiring. They helped me with understanding and changing some habits, behaviours and patterns of thinking that, to be frank, I have found quite transformational. I am looking forward to continuing on by attending their weekly meditation sessions in Bristol.
I wish I had attended this Mindfulness course years ago: it has helped me more than any other self-help course that I attended, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone wishing to improve their health and wellbeing. The benefits of the course are very tangible: I am now able to cope with workload pressures better than before because my mind is less cluttered, and I am now much better at diffusing the internal angst and stresses that are inevitable in our high-pressure lives. And...last but not least .. thank you to Mark and Neal because I am enjoying much better sleep on Sunday nights!
Great workshop! Very quiet and comfortable venue; ideal for this type of workshop. The day was well paced, with short sessions of guided meditation and interesting talks in between. My husband had not meditated before and he found it very encouraging to know that there are few rules and it is surprisingly easy to fit into any lifestyle. Neil and Mark worked together very well. I attended a 1 day workshop and then swiftly booked onto the 6 week evening classes. Mindfulness is great and Mark (the leader) was great at making the course relevant to everyone. I would recommend it. It is a small investment but the return is priceless!
