Marcus was great. Welcoming and inviting and encouraging. All the energy of the great yogis in this world. Small class and exactly what I needed after the flight. This place embodies the yogis spirit.

The worst yoga class I've had. Yoga for me is the place where encourages mindfulness, kindness, and patience, but the class today with Sammi Pang was totally the opposite. The way she behaved when I needed to borrow a mat was rude, offensive and shocking - she insisted on immediate payment when the class was already started (and when I explained that the promo I signed up for includes the mat). Even worse, she said something in line with "You are late for the class, you either start now or leave." (If you have a strict time policy, please put it writing or close the door rather than make rude remarks. Plus, when I went to previous classes in the same studio, the intructor welcomed students at any time.) I hope to get closure from the studio and hope no students in the future get treated this way.

Totally enjoy Joji's Contra-flow class. A must try. Even if you are a beginner to yoga, the atmosphere of his class is welcoming and accepting to your level. You will improve with time!

Power yoga Hawaii is outstanding! I am a yoga teacher of 12 years and I'm very picky. I like strong, knowledgeable teachers who challenge me to grow and so far, Joji, Marcos and the owner Dorian have all excelled at this. No ego, just bloody good teaching. No wonder they fill the room.

Just in town visiting my sister, but she loves this studio and invited me to come to class with her. First class I took was with Marcus… he was so much fun! The class was super challenging and he was very warm and welcoming. I’m taking two more classes while I’m here and I can’t wait! Definitely recommend.
