I love yoga under the palms kakaako. I had been searching for a great Ride/spin class in Honolulu for a while and found it here! Kate Reimann is a fantastic Ride instructor! Her classes are fun and challenging. She seems very experienced but she’s also really kind and welcoming. If you love spin I’d highly recommend checking Ride under the palms Out! I’m so glad I found these classes.

I came in for a flow and cold plunge, and loved it! The space is a little oasis and it feels so special. The class was exactly what I needed. I left feeling relaxed and revitalized. There are a ton of different classes to choose from, and they clearly have a following for a reason. Beautiful studio, wonderful instructor, and cute boutique! Plus it's right by a parking garage!

I tried this fourth location of YUP recently. And wow. Same YUP feeling - plant vibes abound. But what’s really nice is that it isn’t just a repeat of the other locations. It has its own soul. You will find familiarity and novelty in a new, bigger space. I can barely wait for the new fusiony café to open!

Loved Shannon Fritz's Yin class at Kaka'ako- so healing for the nervous system in the busy and overstimulating world we live in. Shannon teaches with love and you can feel it in her class. Beautiful space, cafe, and people!
