I had a spring break on a double roll-up door, I called precision made an appointment, very easy. Technician showed up on time as promised. Quickly gave me 3 options, option 1 fix broken spring at way over a reasonable price, Option 2 replace spring and rollers again way over priced and finally, option 3 a complete “overhaul”, again overpriced. Boy what do I do now? A Brand new car in the garage, drove straight home from dealership, parked in the garage and “bang” a spring breaks. Door is a heavy roll up and I am 78 years young, pretty handy but Google warns you that springs can give you a good ass kicking if you are not careful. So I think I can say no, pay Precision for a service call and call the next guy. Probably get the say overpriced treatment. So I bite the bullet, negotiate a little, and I mean a little and “overall” the door and pay the way overpriced bill. End result door is fixed, runs smooth as butter and quiet. Great improvement but way overpriced. Did I mention that Precision door is way overpriced? Good luck!

The estimates were very professional and informative. Good ambassadors of Precision garage doors. The installer was extremely qualified. He did a thorough and fast garage door replacement. He was professional and respectful. Also a good ambassador of precision garage doors. It's Christmas time, I hope these employees are given a good Christmas bonus. They sure deserve it.

Very happy with our new garage doors! I want to specifically thank Hollis Durland. When our new doors arrived the measurements were off. He could have just installed them. Instead he pushed to ensure the proper doors were reordered and installed them all by himself when they came. He worked so hard in 100 degree weather from 8am to at least 5pm straight. He cleaned up after himself and was super polite. I am so thankful he pushed for new doors. Thank you Hollis! The doors are great quality and exactly what we wanted. I highly recommend this company.

Henry was very professional, knowledgeable and did a great job of servicing & repairing the hinges and wheels on our garage door today. He also replaced our exterior keypad. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door of San Diego!
