Precision Athletics is an excellent company with knowledgeable and attentive staff. During my initial consultation health and fitness goals were determined and a personalized program was created. Two years later I have exceeded my goals! I owe this to my trainer Josee who has been an excellent coach and mentor. She has taken me beyond what I thought I was capable of and she has seen me through injuries, tailoring my program along the way. Her nutritional guidance has made me leaner and stronger. I love this location, it's nice and spacious and the trainer I have worked with (Josee) is incredible! I started personal training after I was very sick from covid, and Josee really helped get my strength and endurance back as well as confidence! The trainers there are all very nice and welcoming and willing to work with any schedule differences too. This is a low stress environment where it doesn't feel too overwhelming and the equipment is always clean and well maintained.
