Prompt as ever, assessed my issues, yes I had multiple things going on, quoted me the repairs, we agreed and he went straight to work. Top-notch A1 service! Had an issue with my garage door at 530am, went online and scheduled a time from 8-10. Received call around 7 confirming appointment. Evan arrived on time and was a tremendous help. Gave me the no frills explanation about everything, wasn't trying to upsell anything. Just giving me pros and cons of every scenario and was able to fix my issues. The entire team at Precision Door of Southlake was fantastic to deal with. Michelle and her team communicate very effectively and their pricing and lead times were competitive. Chris and Brad installed the doors perfectly and were also great to deal with and very kind. They left the workplace clean and completed the project on time with no add on expenses. Great company that deserves more stars.
