Precision Garage Door of Houston came out on a Sunday. Diagnosed the problem with my garage door opener. Miguel M., the technician, was very kind and professional. He went over the options with me to make the needed repairs, the costs, etc. I made a decision to have him install a NEW opener, After the install, he went over all of the various points of the door maintenance, grease and adjust them. The opener is better than when it was new. He also took the time to connect the new door remotes and even helped me connect with the app, so I can operate the opener with my phone via the MyQ app. Job well done Miguel. Thank you for a professional install and the great customer service.

My garage door was messed up late in the evening. I called immediately and they sent a pro to my house the next morning! Bryan Medina did an incredible job fixing our garage door! He was knowledgable, professional and fast! Highly recommend!

Easy to call and get service within 15 hours. Completed and fixed at that point. Ordered new door, when the door came in , and it was a short turn around ,they made appt, came and installed. Took old garage door so no clean up or worry for me. The new door is perfect and no noise! Every time I open or shut my door it is like….laaaa 🥰!!!
