UPDATE -- Some two weeks later, I had a problem with a toilet valve. Frank was on a full day job, so Tim was at my house within 30 minutes -- once again, great service! Tim was professional and personable and completed the task competently. He also wore a mask and booties (which again I definitely appreciated). In fact, he also popped in a flapper (which I had) and tightened the toilet seat which were gratis. Once again, it was a very smooth experience. Kudos to Tim! I had numerous things done around the home including water heater installation, a new water softener, main water valve, and irrigation water valve. Within an hour after my phone call, Frank was at the house. That was great service! In short, Frank did a wonderful job -- the GOAT (The Tom Brady of Plumbing). He was extremely thorough and even threw in a bit of lagniappe. He was professional, knowledgeable, personable, and even wore a mask and booties into the house (which I very much appreciated). Moreover, he definitely enjoys his job and worked with efficiency and alacrity. The entire job was finished in a day and he answered my questions clearly and with kindness. The overall experience with Precision Plumbing was extremely smooth and I would definitely use them again. When you want the best in plumbing, Frank's the man!
