I am thrilled to share my experience with my plumber, Alex, who has been handling various projects for me over the past five years. As a family-owned business with more than 20 years of expertise, they have consistently demonstrated professionalism and skill. Alex has tackled several significant projects for me, including a complete kitchen remodel, which involved digging a trench and installing plumbing to support an island. He's also replaced bathroom sinks, installed reverse osmosis systems, and replaced my hot water heaters. There is truly no plumbing challenge that Alex and his team cannot handle! A special thank you to Jackie, who always answers the phone with such professionalism, friendliness and efficiency. She makes sure to get you scheduled in a timely manner too. He is extraordinarily reliable, always arriving on time for scheduled appointments. On Wed. 8/21/24 @ 10:50 AM, Resolution Plumbing Owner & Tech, Alex Renteria came with his Flex Shaft machine to descale & clean the sewer line that starts from our master bathroom toilet drain up to almost 30 ft. beyond to the next bathroom that is closer to the street. He used his sewer line camera to show me on a screen how the sewer line has been cleaned off all the black scaling it had before. Thank God that our sewer line problem (that caused our master bathroom toilet not to flush well, then not flush at all) was not as serious due to possibly part of our sewer pipe sagging down & creating what they call a "belly" as another plumber said. Next, Alex quickly & efficiently assembled & installed the new higher & more water-saving toilet we bought way back in June, then wipe off the toilet floor with the Chlorox disinfecting wipes I handed to him. Alex was also nice enough to take our old toilet to dispose! He was all done in 40 minutes! Thanks a lot Alex & Liz for your great, prompt, honest, & kind plumbing services! I've already recommended you to my daughter who owns a house in the Providence neighborhood and has lots of friends who are homeowners. Dave came out to give an estimate to dig down and replace my back water valve that was no longer working. His estimate was competently priced and he took enough time to answer all of my questions. Since he was leaving on vacation and couldn't complete my job, without having me wait until he returned, he worked it out with the office to have the owner and another plumber do the job while he was gone. Alex (owner) and Gio arrived at my house to do the the job as promised and the work was completed within a few hours. They cleaned up after themselves and put my landscaping back as best as possible. I hope I don't need a plumber again but if I do, I will definitely contact this company again.
