I tried calling to book a birthday reservation for my son and the man who answered was super unhelpful and didn’t seem to care to help me get my sons party booked. I first went online to fill out their application for a party reservation. After filling out all the information and attempting to submit my app. It gives a 404 error code. I attempted to re do it multiple times with no success. So I called. Told the employee my issue in hopes he would be able to help me over the phone instead. I was instead met with an employee who told me they don’t do weekend bookings for parties because “it’s too busy”. Isn’t a reservation to RESERVE a spot so no matter what you are able to have a space for your party? Also it says nowhere whatsoever online that they don’t do weekend bookings. He attempted in no way whatsoever to help me or see if there was a better day to do it. Was trying to stay local and support a local business and was unfortunately met with an uncaring staff. Hopefully others have better luck than me.
