I’m a 16-year-old with stage four cancer, and I just wanted one fun night bowling with friends at Ward Parkway Lanes. We arrived at 10pm, and they offered unlimited bowling or pay by the hour/per game. I chose 2 hours for our group of 5 to keep it short—not all night. The employee never quoted the price upfront. I assumed it’d be cheaper than unlimited. After paying, she said $108. Shocked, I asked about unlimited—it would’ve been less! I begged to switch to unlimited or drop to 1 hour with a partial refund. She refused both. No flexibility, no compassion. They knowingly overcharged a dying teen, then stonewalled any fix. $108 for barely any bowling was a total waste—money that could’ve meant something while I’m fighting for my life. Zero heart from the staff. Avoid this place. Deceptive pricing and cruel service. Take your money and memories elsewhere. Worst experience ever, especially when you’re battling cancer.
