Came to do bowling on a Saturday night. I understand thats it is busy i get that, we showed up at 545 pm and was told to come back up at 715 to get a lane, so we spent 50 dollars at their arcade, came back up at 715pm they asked what my name was and I told them and they said you are not on the list, I then explained what the woman told me before and the gentleman told me that the people on the waiting list have been waiting an hour and told me if I wanted to be put on the list it would be close to another hour, I expressed my frustration and procedes to tell them that this whole comic bowling is poorly freaking ran and walked out with kids mad at me and one crying. Come on lunar Bowl, I can run this Saturday event alot damn better! I come here to get my bowling equipment, never open bowling, i guess I will keep it that way

We were invited for a birthday party. It was very clean and a lot of fun. We also got the pretzels and cheese, they were delicious!

We were there for the special Olympics and the lack of automated doors for people with mobility devices is ridiculous. There were so many of us with wheelchairs that had to wait for someone to assist us. We went to every door and not one had the option for handicap accessible doors.

We visited on a Friday evening between 6 and 8pm, with a relatively large group. The evening was busy, but not rambunctiously so. The facility was clean and well lit, the equipment was plentiful and in excellent shape, and the scoring system seemed newer, really modern and efficient. The only thing seemingly out of place was that the service at the food counter was disproportionately bad. There if us stood around for a few minutes waiting to be noticed at a completely deserted counter. Finally, a girl wandered over, stood in front of the register, made no eye contact, and definitely seemed like she would rather be doing just about anything else. I ordered 2 popcorns and 2 large drinks, got my drinks immediately and was told they needed to make more popcorn. No problem! Hot fresh popcorn? Yes please! ...Except it then took almost 30 minutes for the popcorn to make it to us. And that was AFTER we flagged someone down and asked about it. 🙄 The final straw that made this review a solid three stars for me was that the plastic cup of cheap Cabernet, poured from a single serve plastic bottle cost $7 +tip. SEVEN DOLLARS??? Maybe that was my bad for ordering wine at a bowling alley... Well guys, don't worry. It won't happen again.
