We have used Premier for the last four years, and they have reliably treated our lawn and serviced our irrigation system. When we call with questions there is always a friendly voice on the other end to help us.

Premier was recommended by previous homeowner so we called them out to start our irrigation. One person showed up a few days before scheduled. He texted when he was on the way so I had to rush to have someone meet him. He worked very quickly to get it started but was irritated we had marked for several heads to be fixed and for an updated controller to be installed. He did the work but the controller fell off the wall the next day, and several of the heads were not fixed. So when I had more irrigation issues this past month I decided to go with a different company. They showed me the controller was running hot (which it shouldn't) and could be a fire hazard so I had the replace it (for half the price of what Premier charged). I called Premier to give them opportunity to refund (even partially) the shotty controller but was told because I didn't call them back it voided the warranty. I would not have called Premier back given the lack of confidence in all previous work and the fact I already had a different company at the house. Rude customer service.

I have only been in my new house for a year. When I first moved in I was overwhelmed and sad because my yard was just awful! After talking with a friend😉 I started using their services. They are always so polite and careful. My yard looks like a whole different yard now! It’s beautiful!!! And I am very proud of it now!
