I’ve taken privates with Timea as well as had the pleasure of building a teacher/student relationship through receiving my mat and reformer certification. Timea is professional, kind and intentional with her clients and always prioritizes safety and comfort. She has decades of experience and it shows. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking to have an authentic Pilates experience.

I’ve been a student of Timea’s for over 5 years. My work with her has improved my balance, flexibility and stamina. These are always important but particularly so at my age of 84 years. I am particularly impressed by her ability to adjust the work so that I received an excellent session in spite of various physical issues that periodically come up. She is serious, pleasant, flexible and an excellent teacher. I highly recommend her Pilates classes.

Timea was referred to me by a friend- I have now been taking private pilate lessons with her for over 2 years. I worked with her specifically to prepare for a surgery and continue to work with her post surgery. That preparation made my hip replacement experience seamless! I walked out of sessions feeling strong, relaxed and grounded, and happy. While Timea is a master pilates teacher/practitioner and is very knowledgeable, she is also simply a joy to spend time with. I recommend anyone who is preparing for or recovering from surgery to work with her, as well as anyone who is looking to take an intentional and mindful approach to developing core strength and overall wellness. She will give you professional and compassionate personal care.

I have known Timea for many, many years. She is an extremely well versed Pilates instructor who daily demonstrates the science and art of the Pilates method. Her approach is classical and her orchestration innovative. In addition she is both sensitive and caring.. a wonderful combination for a teacher and therapist. Her studio space is calming and clean; a reflection of her priorities. I am excited for anyone to participate in a Pilates experience with Timea. Anne Wutchiett Iyengar yoga instructor
