I found Prestige brilliant to work with in the lead up to our wedding (and the weekend of). They were super helpful and straight forward when it came to ordering everything we needed - really responsive and patient with my never ending changes, and able to advise on things I was t sure about. Jasmine was my main contact and was absolutely brilliant. They delivered everything super hassle free, and everything we’d ordered arrived and was exactly what we wanted. And after the wedding they even went and did an extra collection when one of the boxes we were meant to return was in the wrong location. We’re really grateful for their work and would recommend them to anyone!

Prestige were the recommended hire company by our wedding venue (Winterbourne Medieval Barn in Bristol). We hired chairs from them as we wanted chiavari chairs rather than the standard conference chairs that come free with the venue. Chairs turned up when we’re needed and we’re collected when required and looked great and complimented the rustic vibes of Winterbourne medieval barn

Avoid! I used this company for an event at home. Order taken easily however that’s when the nightmare started. No confirmation of order, no receipt of payment despite several emails and phone calls. Then missing items which resulted in more phone calls during a very stressful time. Advised driver was on his way and would be with me within half an hour.... 3 hours later he turned up. Then everything returned in good clean condition and then had to ring and email several times for deposit to be returned. Promised it would be refunded. I incurred bank charges as this was not actioned despite 4 phone calls and two emails. The person you need to speak to is never available, gone home or on holiday. Also promises of managers and owners calling you back to resolve and apologise never happen either. Staff are far too casual. What should have been a lovely family celebration was an absolute nightmare due to this company.
