We had a fantastic lunch here and couldn’t fault a thing. The food was absolutely delicious. I had the Caesar salad and my mother had the goat cheese salad, both fresh, flavourful, and beautifully presented. We also enjoyed the bottomless cocktails, which were generous and perfectly made. The atmosphere was warm and vibrant, making it a really enjoyable place to relax and catch up. A special mention to our server, Pavel, who was attentive, friendly, and made the experience even better. Amazing food, great service, and a lovely atmosphere. we’ll definitely be back!

Food was not good We ordered 2 large pepperoni pizzas, one rigatoni with mushrooms, one rigatoni with shrimps and salmon. Peperoni pizzas were OK, mozzarella cheese quality average Rigatoni with shrimps was a disappointment. Watery creme , worst quality frozen shrimps I very ever tried, very salty salmon The other rigatoni tasted nice Environment was OK, toilets very clean,,stuff was polite

Really happy with everything - Greeted by server Roni, very friendly and looked after us very well. Drinks arrived promptly, followed by food. Everything was delicious, particularly the Christmas doughballs and the carbonara. Used Prezzo app for deals so made it an affordable meal for four. Great location for our theatre trip too!

From the outside and inside, the restaurant looks very nice – cosy décor and a great atmosphere. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. The meal I ordered was so spicy it was practically inedible. I couldn’t get hold of any of the staff to ask for a replacement, and no one came over to check if everything was all right. I don’t think I even managed to eat a third of it, and there was no mention on the menu that the dish was that spicy. The waitress came over and took the plate away without even asking why so little had been eaten. I feel like I ended up paying £20 just for a cup of tea.

My partner and I paid a visit to Prezzo on Northumberland Avenue - a bright, contemporary space whose understated charm reveals itself in small details: the orange flicker of the wood stone pizza oven, the sprawling indoor tree, the hum of conversation that never strains to be heard - they all add up to a warm and convivial atmosphere. Between us, we ordered the Pepperoni Pizza, the Chicken & Peppers Pizza, Truffle Fries, and Chilli Garlic Cheese Fries. The pizzas were doughy and generously topped, the fries indulgent but somewhat predictable. Each dish was competently prepared though none, in truth, were particularly memorable. Service was friendly and accommodating, the staff struck a good balance between attentiveness and ease. While it would be overstating matters to call the experience exceptional, it was, in every practical sense, enjoyable. All things considered, Prezzo offers a polished yet unpretentious dining experience in the heart of London. It may not have redefined Italian cuisine, but it nonetheless provided a conducive environment for a perfectly pleasant supper.
