I made my purchase online with the help of Kelly. Her customer service was great helped me find what I was looking for even got a discount. Once my furniture was delivered and I check for damaged or missing parts as directed I began to test out my new recliners. I received one in box not put together and one wrapped in plastic already together which I assumed was a display which I knew would end up being bad for me. I put the one in box together works like a charm, unwrap the one in plastic feels great looks fine no VISIBLE damage. Once I was done and went to close the recliner back in place it kept popping back up. Guessing the locking mechanism was damaged. Called this location was told to email customer service because they dont handle issues in store aka (its your problem now). It has been a week now and Ive emailed the customer service center 3 times now NO response. Called the store was told oh there on vacation, so why wasnt I told this the first time I called about the issue. Now im stuck with a couch that doesn’t properly work that I paid my hard earn money for. So my advice to current and future shoppers if you have a choice do not purchase display furniture or request to not get display furniture because something is bound to happen and once they have your money they could care less about fixing it. Wish I was told that one half of my recliner set would be the display piece. Very disappointed!!!
